Why this exist

Most summits weren't built
for our brains

Most summits expect you to show up live, stay regulated for eight hours, absorb information in a single format, masking and white knuckling through the entire experience.  Meanwhile, you're squirming inside, deeply uncomfortable but unable to show it.

Diverge exists because Neurodivergent entrepreneurs have been building differently for a long time — often without seeing themselves reflected anywhere in "business" spaces. Not in the speakers, not in the pacing, not in what gets called success.

This summit brings together 23+ Neurodivergent business owners, authors, coaches, doctors, physical therapists, mental health therapists, podcasters, and creatives doing the actual work — building on their own terms, in their own ways, anchored in authenticity and lived experience. Multiply  marginalized voices are centered throughout, not just buzzwords in the disclaimer section.

Watch in the middle of the night. Skip around. Listen while walking. Stim. Pace. Multitask.
There's no right way to participate.  Only the way that supports your neurology.

01 | Not a performative summit where only 1 or 2 people are neurodivergent & paraded around like show ponies.

The speakers are all neurodivergent. The framework is neurodiversity-affirming. Intentionality and Accessibility are interwoven throughout everything as a foundation, not an afterthought.

02 | Neurodiversity Paradigm, no Pathology Paradigm Ableist Bullshit

We're not here to help you overcome your brain. We're here to help you work with your neurology.

03 | All neurotypes. Genuinely.

Neurodivergent is not a synonym for ADHD and Autistic. Whether you are Dyslexic, Dyspraxic, 2e, OCD, or you have Tourette's, TBI, BPD, Bipolar, CPTSD, or Sensory Processing Differences — All Of You Belong Here.  If you diverge from Neuro-Normativity, this is your place.

04 | Intersectionality isn't a buzz word here.

Neurodivergent, Black, Brown, Asian, LGBTQIA+, multiply disabled, and otherwise marginalized folks are centered in this summit.

05 | No urgency pressure. No "typical" marketing.

We're not going to use anxiety against you to get a registration. If it's right for you, it's right for you. Take your time.  There is a FREE version accessible for everyone

"We've both built our businesses while navigating late in life neurodivergence, intense periods of burnout, and chronic health conditions.  We want to support your entreprenurial journeys so that you can avoid some of these struggles."

Shared values

What we actually believe.

Before you register, you should know what you're walking into. This isn't a space that's going to tell you to hustle harder or optimize your morning routine. We've both tried that. It didn't work the way they said it would.

Capitalism is a hellscape that asks neurodivergent people to be simultaneously more productive than everyone else and more grateful for any support they get. It rewards masking, punishes rest, and calls burning yourself out a growth opportunity. We're not here to help you play that game. We're here to think with you about what building something actually looks like when you anchor into your values and honor your nervous system and neurology.

01  |  Productivity ≠ worth

Your value as a human being is not determined by what you create, how consistently you create it, or whether it generates revenue. You. Are. Deserving. Regardless.

02  | The system is the problem

The social model of disability means: your brain is not the problem. The systems, workplaces, and expectations built around a narrow definition of "normal" are the barrier — not you.

03  |  Burnout is real and costs real things

Neurodivergent Burnout (Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD) is not the same as workplace stress, and it is not "just" depression. It is intense neurological depletion. A different thing entirely, with different causes and different recovery paths.  Bubble baths and 4 day weekends do not fix this shit.

04  |  Anti-racist, anti-ableist

Neurodivergence shows up differently across race, gender, class, sexual orientation, and culture. Diagnosis and discovery is not equally accessible. We are actively working hard to deconstruct these inequities.

05  |  Masking has a cost

Years of performing "functional" takes something away from us. The fatigue and exhaustion from trying to fit in is real.  Masking trauma is harmful.   We also acknowledge that not everyone can simply unmask due to safety concerns in different types of environments in society.

06  |  Different ways of knowing

Pattern recognition, nonlinear thinking, hyperfocus, etc.  These aren't personality quirks or superpowers. They're neurological differences that can be assets in our entrepreneurial journeys and can also simultaneously be destructive.  We focus on duality and nuance in EVERYTHING.

Shared values

23+ sessions. Every topic covers building a business with a neurodivergent brain.

Every speaker session anchors into lived experience, highlighting the wonderful creativity as well as the very honest struggles. Topics cover late in life discovery, burnout, their business, their obstacles, their wins. Here's the range of what's actually inside DIVERGE.

01  |  Burnout, nervous systems, and what actually happens when you stop fighting your brain, working with it instead of against it.

Not the kind that bubble-baths and 4 day weekends fix. The real version. The utter and complete exhaustion and neurological depletion. The kind that forces you to rebuild your business, your schedule, and your sense of self from the ground up. Sessions in this thread cover emotional residue and why brilliant creatives burn out even when they're doing everything "right," nervous system support for ND brains and bodies, what changes when you stop performing "fine" online, and what it actually costs to build a practice inside of neuro-normativity and a capitalist hellscape that was never designed for a neurodivergent brain in the first place.

02  | Multiple income streams (and why "pick one lane" is bad advice for this brain)

A lot of our speakers didn't choose to diversify their income, their brains basically demanded it. You'll hear from entrepreneurs who built six-plus income streams around ADHD capacity instead of burning out chasing one, who turned "too many ideas" into therapy groups, consulting, digital products, and speaking without losing themselves in the process, and who figured out how to fund a passion project (writing, art, music) through work that doesn't drain it.  Interest based nervous systems, AM I RIGHT?

03  |  Building the business your brain can actually run

What happens when traditional advice about growing the practice, hiring the associates, scaling the business just isn't going to work for you? Several speakers are talking about building around their actual strengths instead of the expected path: choosing a hyper-specific niche instead of trying to serve everyone, hiring support instead of white-knuckling it alone, and realizing that the "misaligned" business they built by accident needed a leadership structure, not a demolition derby.

04  |  Late diagnosis, discovery, identity, and doing it differently

Several speakers were diagnosed as adults, often after their kids were, and are talking honestly about what it's like to reinterpret an entire career and life through a new lens: the entrepreneur who burned out a business pre-discovery and is building a second one post-diagnosis on their own terms, the ADHD executive coach diagnosed in her 30s after her first child, and the late-discovered AuDHD adults rethinking everything from fees to caseload to what "success" was even supposed to mean.

05  |  The body, the brain, and the interconnectedness of EVERYTHING

Neurodivergence rarely shows up alone, and this summit doesn't pretend it does. Expect sessions on the overlap between neurodivergence, dysautonomia, MCAS, and hEDS from a physician who treats it directly, hypermobility and why the traditional clinic model fails hypermobile bodies, and what it looks like to build a business while chronically ill, disabled, while still fighting to create.

06  |  Relationships, partnerships, and not doing this alone

Entrepreneurship gets talked about as a solo journey. It isn't. You'll hear from a neurodivergent business partnership navigating two completely different neurotypes and how they make it work across distance, a therapist on how intensity and hyperfocus show up in relationships, not just work, and why hiring one admin changed both a nervous system and a business at the same time.

07  |  Code-switching, identity, and being multiply marginalized in these spaces

Neurodivergence intersects with race, gender, size, and every other part of identity and several speakers are addressing that directly instead of tiptoeing around it. Expect an honest conversation about code-switching in Black and Brown bodies, what it means to build a business as a queer, disabled AuDHD adoptee, and how childhood wounds and neurodivergence show up in the clinical work we do every day.

08  |  Creativity, art, and building outside every existing box

Some of the most interesting sessions in the lineup come from speakers who never fit "entrepreneur" or "therapist" neatly to begin with: a musician and self-taught tech founder charting in the world independently on both R&B and hip hop, movement and breathwork as the literal catalyst for discovering neurodivergence, and a Human Design educator and former D1 athlete on what happens when you stop asking "what's wrong with me" and start asking "what actually works for me."

Whichever Pathway You Choose- You Are Exactly Where You Need To Be

Every speaker is neurodivergent.
Every session comes from lived experience.

No performative diversity tokenism, no one pretending to have this figured out with a clean five-step framework. Just real people talking about what it's actually taken to build something on their own terms, in their own way, with the brain they actually have.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

What the summit actually looks like

In addition to releasing episodes that you can watch at any time during the week, ensuring that you have transcripts, captions, and the ability to communicate with speakers and presenters in a private Facebook group.   We want to create a safe place where you can show up authentically and unmasked.   Come as you are. Info dump, deep dive, share your passions. We are here for all of it.

01  | Real interviews from real people

Not polished corporate presentations. Neurodivergent speakers talking about what they've actually built, struggles they've experienced, and what they've learned. Each speaker brings a unique perspective, lived experience, and their own creative entrepreneurial wisdom.

02  | Your schedule. Your pace.

All sessions pre-recorded. Watch at midnight. Pause five times. Skip around. No live attendance required.

03  | Wide range of perspective + lived experience

Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Mental Health, Medical Care, Money, Leadership, Burnout, Recovery, Nervous System Regulation

04  | Your brain connecting dots

You're probably going to pull something out of a session the speaker didn't plan. Write it down.  Take screenshots.  Record it.  Do whatever you need to do to be able to absorb, integrate, and process.

05  | Multiple formats, genuinely

Video, audio-only, captions, transcripts. You shouldn't have to fight the format to get to the content. We want to ensure that we honor all processing and learning differences.

06  | No explanations needed

You don't have to prove your legitimacy, explain your diagnosis, mask your true self, or focus solely on productivity. Just show up however you actually show up.

Accessibility is foundational.
Not An Afterthought.

We know access needs vary — between people, between days, between states of regulation. We've tried to build with that in mind from the beginning.

01

Captions & transcripts

Every session has closed captions and a full transcript — read instead of watching, or follow along both ways. Your call.

02

Audio-only option

Not a screen person right now? Listen while moving, resting, cooking. You don't owe anyone eye contact or discomfort.

03

Self-paced, always

No live sessions. No required presence at a specific time. Watch in chunks, rewatch what landed, skip what doesn't apply.
