Why this exist
Most summits weren't built
for our brains
Most business conferences expect you to show up live, stay regulated for eight hours, absorb information in a single format, and fit your ideas into someone else's framework. If that's never worked for you, you're not the problem.
Diverge exists because neurodivergent entrepreneurs have been building differently for a long time — often without seeing themselves reflected anywhere in "business" spaces. Not in the speakers, not in the pacing, not in what gets called success.
This summit brings together 16–20 neurodivergent business owners, authors, coaches, podcasters, and creatives doing the actual work — building on their own terms, in their own ways, from their own identities. Multiply marginalized voices are centered throughout, not mentioned in a disclaimer.
Watch in the middle of the night. Skip around. Listen while walking.
There's no right way to take this in — just yours.
01 | Not a bro summit with a neurodivergent coat of paint.
The speakers are neurodivergent. The framework is neurodiversity-affirming. Built from that starting point, not retrofitted afterward.
02 | Social model, not deficit model.
We're not here to help you overcome your brain. We're here to stop pretending the systems are neutral. They're not. You already know this.
03 | All neurotypes. Genuinely.
Not just ADHD and Autistic. Dyslexic, dyspraxic, 2e, OCD, Tourette's, TBI, sensory processing differences — all of you belongs here.
04 | Intersectionality isn't a talking point
Neurodivergent BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, and otherwise marginalized folks are centered in this summit — not mentioned in a disclaimer.
05 | No urgency pressure. No manufactured scarcity.
We're not going to use anxiety against you to get a registration. If it's right for you, it's right for you. Take your time.

"We built things while burned out, while undiagnosed, while masking, while chronic. That's not a sales pitch.
That's just what happened."
— The honest version of why this summit exists
Shared values
What we actually believe.
Before you register, you should know what you're walking into. This isn't a space that's going to tell you to hustle harder or optimize your morning routine. We've both tried that. It didn't work the way they said it would.
Capitalism asks neurodivergent people to be simultaneously more productive than everyone else and more grateful for any foothold they get. It rewards masking, punishes rest, and calls exploitation a growth opportunity. We're not here to help you win that game. We're here to think with you about what building something actually looks like when you stop pretending the rules were ever fair.
01 | Productivity ≠ worth
Your value as a human being is not determined by what you create, how consistently you create it, or whether it generates revenue. Full stop.
02 | The system is the problem
The social model of disability means: your brain isn't broken. The systems, workplaces, and expectations built around a narrow definition of "normal" are the barrier — not you.
03 | Burnout is real and costs real things
Autistic burnout is not the same as workplace stress. It's a different thing entirely, with different causes and different recovery paths.
04 | Anti-racist, anti-ableist
Neurodivergence shows up differently across race, gender, class, and culture. Diagnosis is not equally accessible. We're actively working against those gaps here.
05 | Masking has a cost
Years of performing "functional" takes something. That's not weakness — that's what happens when you're expected to translate yourself constantly for environments that never asked if you were okay.
06 | Different ways of knowing
Pattern recognition, nonlinear thinking, hyperfocus — these aren't personality quirks or superpowers. They're real cognitive approaches that produce real things.
No countdown timers. No manufactured pressure. Just real work.

Conversations without context overhead
When you mention burnout, intrusive thoughts, rejection spirals, or the way your brain locks up at the worst possible moment — people here already understand the context. You don't have to educate before you can be heard. You can safely drop the mask, and actually focus on what matters.
Strategy that starts from where you are
Not neurotypical frameworks with an asterisk. Business strategy built with variable capacity, executive function barriers, sensory load, and nervous system reality actually factored in from the beginning. As an AuDHDer myself, I know how hard the struggle can be. The self made accommodations and supports that I have to put in place to keep all of the plates spinning. How exhausting it can be to try to do it all myself.
Support through the hard parts
Burnout mid-launch. Frozen during a big decision. Isolation inside a business that looks fine from the outside. A never-ending to do list that triggers your PDA. These aren't atypical here — they're part of the conversation, whoever you are and whatever your neurotype.
People building seriously
This isn't just a support group. It's a community of neurodivergent entrepreneurs — some building practices, some building brands, some building multiple projects-doing real creative work and looking for like-minded peers who understand the journey.
Formats that don't punish how you process
Text-based options when video is too much. Async participation when live feels impossible. Multiple ways of accessing information so you can actually use what works for you, rather than fighting the container just to access it. You get to take what works best for YOU, while leaving what does not.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
What the summit actually looks like
A lot of communities use "safe space" as a tagline. We're using it as a design brief. NeuroPreneur Circle is being built with specific, non-negotiable commitments — because a neurodivergent-affirming community isn't something you can declare. It's something you have to actually construct, and keep constructing, and defend when it needs defending.
These values shape every decision about how this community is run, who's in it, and what happens when things get complicated.
01 | Real sessions from real people
Not polished corporate presentations. Neurodivergent speakers talking about what they've actually built, what's broken, and what they've learned.
02 | Your schedule. Your pace.
All sessions pre-recorded. Watch at midnight. Pause five times. Skip around. No live attendance required.
03 | Breadth of perspective
Entrepreneurship, creativity, mental health, money, leadership, recovery, rest — no single blueprint. Multiple maps.
04 | Your brain connecting dots
You're probably going to pull something out of a session the speaker didn't plan. That's not off-topic — that's how pattern recognition works. Run with it.
05 | Multiple formats, genuinely
Video, audio-only, captions, transcripts. You shouldn't have to fight the format to get to the content. These aren't afterthoughts — they're part of how the summit is built.
06 | No translation required
You don't have to prove your legitimacy, explain your diagnosis, or perform productivity. Just show up however you actually show up.
Access is the starting point,
not the fine print
We know access needs vary — between people, between days, between states of regulation. We've tried to build with that in mind from the beginning.
01
Captions & transcripts
Every session has closed captions and a full transcript — read instead of watching, or follow along both ways. Your call.
02
Audio-only option
Not a screen person right now? Listen while moving, resting, cooking. You don't owe anyone eye contact with a video player.
03
Self-paced, always
No live sessions. No required presence at a specific time. Watch in chunks, rewatch what landed, skip what doesn't apply.
