7:30 PM | Paella Dinner: Local chefs will join us at the estate to prepare an authentic Paella dinner. While Paella is technically Spanish, the Portuguese have Arroz a Valiencana, also known as seafood rice. A special taste of a favorite local dish made with fresh ingredients from the sea.

2:30 PM | Lisbon City Walking Tour: Lisbon: Lisbon is Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city. From imposing São Jorge Castle, the view encompasses the old city’s pastel-colored buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum displays 5 centuries of decorative ceramic tiles

7:30 PM | Fado Night w/ Dinner: Fado means “destiny or fate” and is a style of music that can be traced back to the 1820’s in Lisbon. We will enjoy listening to live Musicians who will play Fado music. Fado is considered a national treasure and Is the most recognized music of Portugal.

Explore whimsical palaces, extravagant gardens, villas, and the ruins of a 10th century Moorish castle.
