A neuroinclusive event, for neurodivergent people, by neurodivergent people

Neurodivergent Humans, We See You.

You deserve a place to unmask safely and sensory soothe in peace. We'll help you harness the chaos and channel your creativity.

We know that Neurodivergent Burnout isn't as simple as bubble baths + self-care to be able to recharge + reset.

As Neurodivergent Humans and Business Owners, Gabrielle and I get it. That's why we've created a retreat specifically for ND business owners, to be able to safely unmask, stim, sensory soothe, special interest dump, nerd out, and recharge.

It's hard to feel creative in our businesses when we're constantly overwhelmed, distracted, or our executive functioning isn't supported. As a Neurodivergent Business Owner, your path to creating and relaxing is as unique as your Neurotype.

Don't Worry- We've Got You!

The destination

Welcome to Queenstown, New Zealand

All Things Private Practice has teamed up with Gabrielle Juliano-Villani to welcome you to Queenstown New Zealand!

Queenstown New Zealand is considered the adventure capital of the world. It feels like you're stepping directly into The Lord Of The Rings.

Between the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Wakatipu & the stunning natural beauty of The Southern Alps, the possibilities are absolutely endless.

What better place in the world to sensory soothe, decompress, and connect?

During this 6-night retreat for Neurodivergent Business Owners, we are going to...

  • Learn Sensory Soothing and Relaxation Techniques that actually work for our neurotypes! Gabrielle will be leading healing rituals and sound baths to help you attune to yourself and your needs.
  • Strategize ways that you can finally organize your creativity and chaos, allowing you to confidently put your business goals out into the world!
  • Connect only as Neurodivergent People can. Think special interest sharing and info dumping near the beautiful mountain backdrop of Queenstown New Zealand, while imagining that you're in Tolkien's Middle Earth.
  • Create an action plan that helps you navigate the next year in your business to help you start to scale with intentionality and accountability.
  • Incorporate values-driven businesses, allowing you to reignite your passion and creativity.
  • Have group coaching sessions with other successful, like-minded Neurodivergent leaders, allowing you to bounce ideas off one another while supporting each other's visions.
  • Learn to lead by authenticity and accountability, Showing Up for your staff the way that you deserve to.

If this sounds like you, you're in the right place...

You're an incredibly creative Neurodivergent Entrepreneur, but you often struggle to follow through on all of your ideas, or take the first step.

Unlike the burnout experienced by neurotypical entrepreneurs, which comes from overcommitting and overworking, neurodivergent burnout is harder to reset from because it also involves being continually overstimulated and having to over-adapt.

This is why we've carefully curated a retreat experience for neurodivergent business owners that provides a much-needed safe haven where you can unmask, rest, and recharge. Plus, you'll discover healing tools and techniques that can be used long after the retreat ends.

You're a Neurodivergent Business Owner in a Neurotypical World. No matter how much you do to "stay afloat," you constantly feel like a "sinking ship."

You've been masking for most of your life, and it's been unbearably exhausting on your sensory and nervous systems.

You are really fuc*ing creative! But, you often get stuck in executive function distress, or find yourself easily distracted and overwhelmed....unable to put your brilliant ideas and dreams out to the world.

You want to show up authentically, but that means even more vulnerability, self-doubt, and RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria).

Here's what's included in our Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs Retreat:

6 NBCC CEs. Meals, Tours, Breakout Coaching, and Intentionally Curated Experiences.
