Whether you're just starting out or feeling the ceiling of 1:1 work â now itâs time to build your freedom and move beyond 1v1 therapy.Â
THIS INTENSIVE WILL TAKE YOU FROM DREAMING TO REALITY.
Are you interested in Podcasting, Retreat Hosting, Speaking Opportunities, Group Practice Ownership, but don't know where to start? Are you wondering if you even have anything meaningful to offer?Â
Â
We will be covering these topics extensively, while helping you make a plan to move through self doubt, and leave this event with confidence and clarity.
I know that the state of the world is scary right now.
I also know what it feels like to feel like you've outgrown your 1v1 therapy practice. I spent way too many hours of my life wishing that I had more time outside of the therapy office to work on my goals and ideas.
Currently, you may be telling yourself that trying something new is too risky, but if you are already questioning whether having another income source would feel more secure and take some weight off your shoulders, that could be your sign to take action.
This is why I'm hell bent on helping you diversify your income streams and protect what you've worked so hard for.
I want to make sure you avoid the Mordor burnout pits of hell that I've fallen into over the last few years.
But why is this priced so cheap??
I figured that I would create a win-win training to help you diversify your income, while helping us build some sort of financial stability.
The success that I've experienced over the last 6 years couldn't have happened without your support, and I want to return the favor by helping you confidently move forward.
I want to help you Doubt Yourself & Do It Anyway
As therapists, small business owners, and entrepreneurs, we donât always practice what we preach.
We have all of these great ideas but most of them only reside within our minds, never to be seen by the world.
Our own fears and insecurities convince us that we should play it small, that we should shrink back inside of ourselves, and that we will inevitably FAIL.
During our time together, we are going to strategize and launch these ideas into reality. Over the last 6 years, I have successfully:
- Hosted 2 Globally Acclaimed & Monetized Podcasts
- Sold out over 40 Successful coaching programs & courses
- Run a successful Group Practice that employs over 25 people
- Sold Out 25 Retreats & Summits All Over The World
- Obtained multiple Paid Keynote Speaking Opportunities
- Become a TEDx SpeakerÂ
- Been hired to provide CEU trainingsÂ
- Obtained a book deal with a big 5 publishing company
One of the things that my AuDHD neurodivergent brain does best is help you gain Clarity, Confidence, & Consistency by helping you organize your ideas and harness your creativity.
Want to move through self doubt to finally launch your podcast, group practice, retreat, or start speaking on stage?Â
During our 4 hours together, I am going to share everything that I've learned along the way- helping you avoid the mistakes that I've made, saving you hours of overwhelm and aggravation.Â
You'll get a 1-hour crash course on each topic. Â
Doubt Yourself Do It Anyway
đď¸ What to Expect
This is a 4-hour intensive for therapists and entrepreneurs who want to build income beyond 1:1 work. You get four back-to-back crash courses, each one packed with what I actually learned doing this stuff (including the parts I got wrong).
You don't have to be a therapist to join. If you have big, creative ideas that feel impossible right now, this is for you.
We'll cover podcasting, group practice ownership, retreat hosting, and paid speaking. We'll also talk honestly about the self-doubt and perfectionism that keep so many of us from starting.
Take notes, brainstorm, or just listen. All of those count.

⨠Doubt Yourself Do It Anyway â¨Â
Where People Get Stuck (And How We'll Get You Unstuck)
Every one of these income streams has a place where people stall out. I've hit most of them myself. Here's what usually goes sideways, the questions I get asked constantly, and what we'll actually do about it during the intensive.
đď¸ Podcasting
Where people get stuck:
- Spending months perfecting the name, the artwork, and the intro music, and never recording a single episode
- Launching with a burst of energy, then disappearing after episode 6
- Making the show about everything, so it ends up being for no one
- Obsessing over download numbers way too early
- Having no idea how a podcast turns into income, clients, or speaking gigs
Questions I hear all the time:
Do I need expensive equipment?
No. A decent USB mic and a quiet-ish room will get you started. Upgrade later if you want to.
How often do I need to publish?
As often as you can realistically keep up. Consistent and slower beats frequent and burned out every time.
What if nobody listens?
Some people won't, at first. Early on, your podcast does more for you as a relationship builder and visibility tool than as a numbers game.
Can I actually make money from this?
Yes, but usually not through ads alone, especially with a smaller audience. We'll talk about the paths that actually work.
How this intensive helps:
You'll leave with a concept, a plan for your first 10 episodes, and a clear picture of how your show connects to the rest of your business. Plus a rhythm you can sustain on low-spoon weeks.
đ˘ Group Practice Ownership
Where people get stuck:
- Hiring before the systems are in place, then drowning in admin
- Setting pay splits that feel generous but quietly lose money
- Trying to be the clinician, the boss, the biller, and the HR department all at once
- Hiring people who look great on paper but don't share your values
- Feeling like you have to lead like a corporate CEO to be taken seriously
Questions I hear all the time:
How do I know if I'm ready?
If your caseload is full, you have a waitlist, and you have some capacity to manage people, you might be. We'll also talk about whether you actually want this, because that matters just as much.
W-2 or 1099?
It depends on how much control you want over your clinicians' work, and the rules vary by state. I'll share how I think about it, but please run your final decision by an attorney or CPA.
How many clinicians should I start with?
Usually one. Learn the systems before you scale them.
Will I still get to see clients?
If you want to. Plenty of owners keep a small caseload. Some step away completely.
How this intensive helps:
You'll get a readiness gut-check, the core systems to build first, and a way to lead that fits your brain instead of fighting it.
đ Retreat Hosting
Where people get stuck:
- Picking a dream location before knowing who the retreat is for
- Underpricing and walking away with nothing (or losing money)
- Skipping clear deposit and refund policies, then getting burned
- Treating accessibility as an afterthought
- Planning an amazing experience, then struggling to fill the spots
Questions I hear all the time:
How far in advance should I plan?
Earlier than you think. Venues book up, and people need time to save and request time off.
How much should I charge?
Enough to cover every cost, pay yourself, and have a cushion for the surprises. We'll walk through how to figure this out.
What if I don't fill it?
This is a real fear, and a real risk. We'll talk about minimum numbers, contract terms, and how to protect yourself before you sign anything.
Do I need a big audience first?
It helps, but a small, engaged audience that trusts you can fill a small retreat.
How this intensive helps:
You'll get the behind-the-scenes process from someone who's hosted 20+ retreats, including the mistakes. You'll leave knowing how to price, protect, and market your first one.
đ¤ Paid Speaking
Where people get stuck:
- Saying yes to every free gig and never making the jump to paid
- Having no idea what to charge, so defaulting to way too little
- Pitching a talk that's really just a list of topics
- Waiting to be "discovered" instead of reaching out
- Thinking your story isn't impressive or credentialed enough to be worth paying for
Questions I hear all the time:
Do I need a TEDx talk to get booked?
No. It can open doors, but it's not a requirement. Plenty of speakers get booked through relationships, podcasts, and word of mouth.
Should I ever speak for free?
Sometimes, when it's strategic. We'll talk about when it's worth it and when it's just draining you.
How do I find events to pitch?
Look at where your people already gather. Conferences, associations, organizations, and podcast hosts who also run events.
What if I'm terrified of public speaking?
Many speakers are. Neurodivergent speakers often need accommodations and prep routines that work for our nervous systems, and that's completely valid.
How this intensive helps:
You'll leave with the beginnings of your signature talk, a way to find and pitch the right events, and language for asking to be paid.
đ The Bottom Line
Across every section, the biggest barrier usually isn't strategy. It's the voice in your head telling you you're not ready, not qualified, or too much.
We'll talk about that part too. Openly. Because I still hear that voice, and I built these things anyway.
